Terms of Use
This website is operated by Micles Limited (collectively referred to herein as “the company” or “we” or “us”) your use of this website( this “website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions of use, your use of the website constitutes your unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms, if you do not agree to be bound by these terms you may not access or otherwise use the website.
We reserve the right to update, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions of use under which our services are offered, you will be notified of any changes made to these terms and conditions of use.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change and or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
These terms and conditions of use also set out how you may interact with us on our official social media accounts as well as our “Share Your Style: #miclesfashionnetwork”. Interacting in this context includes without limitation submitting a contribution (defined below) on social media inclusive of Share Your Style: #miclesfashionnetwork, following us on any form of social media, “liking” or writing a comment in relation to a page on Social Media.
Who are we?
We are Micles Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Our company registration number is M-704 and our registered office is located at No. 2 El Socorro Extension Road, San Juan, Trinidad, West Indies.
Placing an order
After you have completed the check-out process, you must provide us with an accurate email address which you will have access as we use this information to ensure that we can contact you about your order.
How we will accept your order
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. In the email accepting your order we will assign to you an order number. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
If we are unable to accept/fulfill the order
If we are unable to accept/fulfill your order, we will inform you of this by email and will not charge you for the items. This might be because the product is out of stock, we have identified an error in the price or description or because we are unable to meet the delivery deadline you have specified. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to obtain authorization of payment or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Changes to your order
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us at +1 (868) 674 4402 or email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of your receiving confirmation of your order. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply and anything else which would be necessary as a result of the change.
Items on site
The images of the items on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the items. All measurements and sizes are estimates but we do attempt to have them as accurate as possible. We take all reasonable steps in providing the most accurate descriptions possible of all items sold throughout the site. The prices displayed include VAT as is required of the Company by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Delivery costs
The costs and estimated date of delivery will be displayed to you on our website.The general length of time will be between two (2) – five (5) working days. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contact and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Micles In-Store Pick-Up
If you have asked to collect the items in store please allow forty- eight (48) hours from the time of placing your order to allow the items to be dispatched to the selected branch. An email will be sent when the items area ready for your collection. The opening hours of our branches are also listed for your convenience.

Delivery of your order
We are unable to deliver on public holidays such as but not limited to Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day (i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option.
Payment
Payments made by way of Credit Cards inclusive of Mastercard, VISA, Paypal and Gift Cards purchased at any Micles branch as outlined above under Micles In-Store Pick-Up. All items remain the property of Micles Limited until full payment is made. We offer the options of “Verified Visa” and “Mastercard Secure Code” which is operated through a third party ***** to provide a safer shopping experience. Micles is not responsible for any issues in relation to the payment portals operated by Third Parties ( as outlined below in Links to Third Party Websites.)
Gift Cards
You may purchase gift cards from any one of our store locations. The Card is issued by Micles Limited and it remains the property of the Micles Limited. Micles Limited reserves the right to void it or request its return. The Card is not to be treated as a credit card, debit card or cheque and it cannot be redeemed for cash. Micles Limited is not responsible if your gift card is lost, stolen or damaged cards, the outstanding amount will not be refunded, nor will the card be re-issued. The Card expires within 12 months after the issued date.
Return and Exchange Policy
Micles Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through this website (shopmicles.com) and any other website or application that directs you to Micles Return and Exchange Policy.
Return of goods may be within 21 days in its original state with all labels and tags accompanied by proof of receipt. ALL returned or exchanged items MUST be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Shoes must be returned in the original box in good condition for change. All jewellery, cosmetics and undergarments, including pantyhose, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Items may be returned to any of our store locations as outlined above under our Micles Instore Pick Up with proof of receipt. For returns outside of Trinidad and Tobago, items are to be shipped to our head office. We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
Micles Account Details
When you register for a Micles Account you will be required to provide certain details about you including your name, email address, payment address, delivery address, date of birth. You will then be asked to provide an email address and password which you will use to login to your Micles Account. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the password is not obvious to any third part to ensure the security of the account.
Submitting Content – Social Media/Share Your Style: #miclesfashionnetwork
All submissions will be considered non-confidential. By submitting content and or “posting” on social media or otherwise make available content for inclusion on any part of our websites or mobile application you grant the company and third party providers an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable right and license to use, store, copy, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, translate, delete, publish, create collective works and distribute such content for any purpose commercial advertising or otherwise, on or in connection with the promotion of the Company’s business including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of our websites, mobile applications or the services in any media or distribution method throughout the world without any compensation to you. By making submissions you waive all resale rights, performance and moral rights in the provided submissions including without limitation your right to be attributed to the submission and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the submission.
Social Media
The information collected about you when you interact with us on Social Media is as follows but not limited to your name, your user profile, your age, your preferences and viewpoints. Your interaction may also include the posting of a photo and video of you. Please let us know at any point in time if you wish for us to stop interacting with you on Social Media by contacting us at the details set out below.

Where the Services contain links and resources provided by third parties, these links are for your information only. You acknowledge that we have no control over such websites and that we are not responsible for (a) accuracy, content, legality (b) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services of third party website(s), (c) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like which may be transmitted to or through the services or any third party website(s). In no event shall any reference to any third party be construed as an endorsement or an approval by us of that third party.
Limitation on Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to do so. This includes for death or personal injury arising from the company’s negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude ALL conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Services or any content We assume no liability or responsibility for (a) any unauthorized access to or use of secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein (b) any loss or damage caused by bugs, virus, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the services or to your downloading of any content on the Services or any website linked to the Service. We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure and free from bugs and viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology in order to access the Services as such you should use you own virus protection software. We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or business opportunity.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formations are to be governed by the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the services to be in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
