When placing an order with shopmicles.com we aim to have your order delivered to you in a timely manner. 

 

Delivery Service

At this time, free home delivery is available for orders valued at $200 or more and will be fulfilled either via Micles delivery or TTPOST.

For orders below $200 we are able to offer delivery with Micles delivery or TTPOST for a fee of $25.

In-store Pick Up is free for all orders and offered at any of our eight (8) locations nationwide. Please see our store locations and their opening hours Contact Us.

Please note that the method of delivery is dependent upon the zone and is at the discretion of shopmicles.com and subject to change.

 

 

Delivery Schedule and Time

Orders delivered via our delivery service will be done by Zone according to the schedule below. Please note that this schedule is tentative and subject to change.

How it works

Your order can be picked up at any of our store locations (chosen at checkout as In-Store Pick Up) or delivered to your home or office. 

Upon your order being confirmed via email, customers will be contacted by a Micles Representative to schedule the delivery date. If the Micles Representative is unable to contact you by telephone and/or email over the period of 1 week, items are returned to fulfillment. 

The Customer confirms their availability on the given date and the package is delivered during the specified time frame. For Micles Delivery, if after two (2) failed attempts to deliver the package, it will be returned to fulfillment. We are unable to indicate accuracy in relation to TTPOST deliveries, but if there are any delays you will be notified of the same. 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the specified time frame. Orders must be placed before 10 AM AST to meet next-day In- Store Pick Up. Home delivery can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the Zone. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we currently do not ship on weekends.

Methods of Payment 

The “Alternative Payments” option at checkout allows payment upon delivery. However, for delivery via TTPOST payment MUST be received before. 

 

Methods of payment for TTPOST delivery are as follows:

Methods of payment upon collection for Micles delivery:

VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, DEBIT

 

Methods of payment upon collection for In- Store Pick Ups are as follows:

VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, DEBIT, CASH

Please note we DO NOT accept CASH payments on delivery.
